PAYMENT

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

SHIPPING

Once you have placed your order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Please make sure that the shipping address is up to date and entered correctly. We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be updated after a purchase has been placed. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information. 

Please note that there has been an increase in shipping delays. Typical shipping times are 3-5 business days for USPS First Class Mail, 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail, 6-10 days for USPS Priority International and up to 3-4 weeks for USPS International First Class Mail.

All mugs, blankets, and T-Shirts ship separately from any additional items in your order. You will receive a separate email with the additional tracking information. 

If you do not receive your order, please send us an email within 30 days of shipping so we can resolve this issue. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with their order.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

All sales are final, with the exception of products that arrive damaged or if items are missing from your order. For all missing or damaged items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@gratiadesignco.com. 

Please note that colors may vary slightly from listing photos due to different monitor color profiles.
